After a Master鈥檚 Degree in Strategy, Intelligence and Risk Management at the Lille Institut d鈥橢tudes Politiques (IEP) obtained in 2015, Axel began his professional career within the railway world as Regional development assistant (Europe) for the International Union of Railways (UIC). Drawing on his experience in research coordination and administrative support, he joined 91看片网 in late 2019 to lend the lecturers and researchers team a helping hand.
